We collect information you provide directly: email address and name when creating an account, payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details), shipping addresses provided during checkout, and any content you submit such as brand applications.

We use your information to process and fulfil orders, send order confirmation and shipping updates, manage your account, communicate with you about the platform, improve our services, and prevent fraud.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only as necessary: with brands to fulfil your orders (name, email, shipping address), with Stripe to process payments, with email service providers to send transactional emails, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Our database is hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and shopping bag. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights

7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You can request account deletion at any time.

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing and brand payouts), and Resend (transactional emails). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
